- Your iPhone model and iOS version, and the Trajectory version (shown at the bottom of Settings).
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
How does replanning work?
Trajectory plans study sessions backwards from each deadline, around your classes, commitments, the iPhone calendars you choose and your sleep window. When something changes (a new task, a moved exam, a new work shift, a missed session) only the sessions the change affects move, on your phone; the rest of the plan stays where it is. Dashed sessions are flexible: Trajectory may move them when your plan changes. Tap one and choose Keep this time to pin it; sessions you kept, moved or started stay put. Replan rebuilds the whole semester when you ask for it.
My exam date changed. What do I do?
Edit the task's due date on the Tasks tab, or tell the AI chat (Pro) "my midterm moved to Tuesday". You review the change, then the plan is rewritten around the new date.
I have a new iPhone. Where is my plan?
Sign in with Apple, using the same Apple Account as before. Your plan is saved to your Trajectory account and comes back with it, and so does Trajectory Pro. A few things are set on each iPhone and need turning on again: reminders, the iPhone calendars Trajectory plans around, Apple Calendar export, and a school calendar link if you added one.
How do I restore my purchase?
Trajectory Pro belongs to your Trajectory account: sign in with Apple and it is there. If it is missing, open Settings → Upgrade to Pro and tap Restore Purchases, on an iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Trajectory. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. A one-time purchase never renews, so there is nothing to cancel; the paywall says before you buy whether a plan renews.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Delete Account & Data. This permanently deletes your account and your saved plan (with a Google Calendar connection, if you made one in an earlier version), files you uploaded that we still hold and the Trajectory data on your phone. Where we hold a Sign in with Apple token it also asks Apple to revoke Trajectory's access, and the app tells you whether it did. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The syllabus reading got something wrong.
Items show the syllabus line their date came from. Fix the date or name in the review screen before adding it; items without a clear date go to "Needs a date" instead of being guessed.
